GP Products News - 20 Years of GP Products: Driven by Passion, Built on Trust
The launch of our new portal is not the only milestone we are celebrating in 2026. This year also marks a very special anniversary: GP Products turns 20!
On March 1st, 2006, our founder Marc Goutziers began his journey in the world of aftermarket motorcycle parts and not with just any brand, but with Akrapovič. GP Products was born when we were granted the Benelux agency for Akrapovič, laying the foundation for everything that would follow.
Success came quickly. In 2009, we expanded our partnership with Akrapovič by adding the Automotive division to our portfolio. In 2014, Germany joined the journey for Motorcycles, and from that moment on, GP Products continued to grow steadily.
Over the years, we expanded our brand portfolio for both Automotive and Motorcycle, and this brings us to 2026: today, we proudly distribute 11 high-quality aftermarket automotive brands and 3 premium motorcycle brands that are highly valued by the industry.
Of course, a lot has happened over the past 20 years: stories, milestones, challenges and unforgettable moments. But more on that later… make sure to keep an eye on our YouTube channel!
What we want to share most right now is our gratitude. We are incredibly thankful to everyone who believed in us, worked with us, supported us, or followed our journey in any way. Reaching a 20-year milestone is no small achievement and it would not have been possible without our customers, suppliers, and our dedicated team.
That is why, throughout 2026, we will be showing our appreciation in several ways. We’ll be sharing how grateful we are to everyone who has meant something to GP Products over the past two decades. What exactly this will involve? More details will follow soon…
