The Eventuri FL5 Type R intake system is the refined evolution of proven FK8 technology, optimized for the increased engine bay space and thermal environment of the FL5 generation. By maintaining a completely sealed airbox positioned directly behind the radiator, this system ensures a constant supply of cold air to the turbo while eliminating heat soak from multiple sources including the radiator, turbo, and downpipe.
The intake features a seamless airflow path from the high-flow filter through an ISO-tested carbon venturi tube to the turbo inlet, replacing the OEM flexible hose that creates turbulence and drag. Engine movement is accommodated by the venturi tube's independent float within the airbox, maintaining thermal sealing without stress.
