The CSF Gen 1 B58 Charge Air Cooler Manifold is an all-in-one cooling solution engineered for modified and motorsports-focused F-Chassis BMWs. Built on the proven platform of CSF's Gen 2 B58 "Super Manifold" with design refinements for Gen 1 applications, this manifold eliminates the limitations of OEM systems that struggle under boost, tuning, and demanding racing conditions.
Extensive dyno testing with VF Engineering demonstrated ~30°F IAT reduction compared to OEM, preventing heat soak and limp mode activation in time attack, drag racing, endurance, and drifting applications. Stage 2 testing showed +26whp and +11wtq gains with proven performance scaling to over 1000 whp.
